OAKLAND — Two men were shot, one multiple times, early Tuesday in East Oakland, authorities said.
Both men, one 41 years old and the other 43, were in stable condition at a hospital.
The shooting happened at about 2:24 a.m. Tuesday outside in the 2100 block of International Boulevard.
Police responding to a ShotSpotter alert found the 43-year-old man at a nearby gas station with one gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital.
The other man, who had been shot more than once, got his own transportation to the hospital.
Police are trying to determine a motive for the shooting, but based on evidence found at the scene have not ruled out the possibility it was a result of an argument at a dice game, authorities said.
No arrests have been made.
Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the shooter. Anyone with information may call police at 510-238-3426 or Crime Stoppers at 510-777-8572.
